KIRU is a Discord bot that provides moderation, utility, entertainment, automation, and server-management features. By adding or using KIRU, you agree to use the bot responsibly and in accordance with Discord's rules.

2. Acceptable Use
You may not use KIRU to facilitate abuse, harassment, spam, malicious activity, or activity that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
3. Availability
KIRU is provided on an availability basis. Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, Discord API limitations, or other technical issues.
4. Moderation Features
Server owners and authorized moderators are responsible for configuring and using KIRU's moderation features appropriately. KIRU does not determine whether a moderation action is appropriate for a particular server.
5. Changes to KIRU
Features, commands, permissions, and availability may change over time. KIRU may add, modify, or remove features as development continues.
6. Termination
Access to KIRU may be restricted or discontinued if the service is abused, used in violation of these Terms, or becomes technically or operationally impractical to maintain.
